Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the surgery, via letter or email (general.bridgecottagesurgery@nhs.net) and the practice manager will deal with your concerns appropriately. Although we encourage you to make your complaint in writing, if you are not able to do this, we would be happy to accept a verbal complaint, which can be made by speaking to the Practice Manager or one of the Deputies in her absence.
